Waimea Botanical Garden and Falls is open on Mondays all year
EXCEPT for 4 months (Jan, Feb, Oct & Nov)
But DON'T worry! The luau still operates every Monday 
You can return and hike Waimea falls any other day using your luau ticket.

"We chose the 12:30pm luau. We headed out early to enjoy the Botanical Gardens and hike to the waterfall (admission included w/ Luau). The Food was delicious and plentiful. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The shows were enjoyable, especially the fire show! Doing the 12:30pm show allowed us to end the night, by crossing the street to Waimea Bay Beach to watch the beautiful Sunset."
